Formula
Gross churn = (churn + contraction) ÷ starting MRR
Worked example
Using the values pre-filled in the calculator above:
- MRR at start = 80,000
- Churned MRR = 2,400
- Contraction MRR = 900
- Expansion MRR = 3,100
the calculator returns:
