Formula
NRR = (start + expansion − contraction − churn) ÷ start
Worked example
Using the values pre-filled in the calculator above:
- Starting MRR (cohort) = 100,000
- Expansion = 12,000
- Contraction = 3,000
- Churn = 5,000
