days = (budget − fixed costs) ÷ daily spend
Worked example

- Money available = 4,000
- Daily spend = 55
- Fixed costs (flights etc.) = 800
the calculator returns:
- Days of travel: 58.2
- Weeks: 8.31
- Months: 1.91
