Formula
Capacity = machines × hours × days × 60 ÷ cycle time × efficiency
Worked example
Using the values pre-filled in the calculator above:
- Machines / lines = 4
- Operating hours per day = 16
- Working days per month = 24
- Cycle time (min/unit) = 1.5
- Efficiency = 85 %
