About the Pomodoro Calculator
The Pomodoro technique splits work into focused blocks separated by short breaks, with a longer break every fourth block. Given how long a task will take, this works out how many blocks you need, the total elapsed time once breaks are counted, and how much of that is actual focused work.
Also known as: pomodoro timer calculator, focus session calculator, work break calculator, 25 minute blocks.
