Formula
Total = (subtotal − discount) × (1 + tax) + shipping
Worked example

- Line items: quantity, unit price (one per line): 3, 45 10, 12.5 1, 250
- Discount = 5 %
- Tax rate = 18 %
- Shipping / other = 0
